Description

The Wykeham Wall Mounted Electric Fire features a modern design, including an off-white mantel shelf and a floor-standing base plinth. The mirrored toughened glass gives it a contemporary touch, and a choice of colourful mood lighting mean you can effortlessly set the mood for any occasion.

The Wykeham includes log, stone and crystal fuel-bed sets, allowing you to personalise the display. Choose from three flame effects—amber, blue or an amber-and-blue combination—with five brightness levels. Separate mood lighting offers 13 colours and five brightness levels, and can be switched off independently.

Your new electric fire comes with a digital LCD display remote control, which includes:

  • A seven-day programmer
  • Thermostat with display
  • Room temperature sensor
  • Open window detection
  • Adaptive start control to warm the room ready for the programmed fire start time

    This is really a beautiful fire once put together. I have to admit the instructions were abit useless but we got there in the end. Couldn’t give 5 stars purely because one of the sides didn’t sit tight like the other side. We don’t have it attached to the wall as it’s very sturdy. Can’t comment on heat as we won’t be using that part but the colours are lovely and the flame very realistic. I can’t stop looking at it!

Can the Wykeham electric fire be used without the heater?

Yes. The realistic LED flame effect and mood lighting can be used without heat, allowing you to enjoy the fireplace throughout the year.

Is the Wykeham electric fireplace freestanding or wall mounted?

The Wykeham has a floor-standing base plinth that gives it the appearance of a freestanding electric fireplace. However, it must be securely attached to the wall using the supplied wall brackets.

What heat output does the Wykeham electric fire provide?

The thermostatic heater provides between 1kW and 2kW of heat. It automatically adjusts the heat output according to the room temperature and your selected settings.

Does the Wykeham electric fireplace include a remote control?

Yes. It includes a digital LCD remote control with a seven-day timer, thermostat, room-temperature sensor, open-window detection and adaptive-start function. Two AAA batteries are also included.

Can a television be mounted above the Wykeham electric fire?

The heater outlet faces downwards, so a television can generally be installed above the fireplace. Always follow the television manufacturer’s clearance requirements and ensure both products are securely installed.

How long is the power cable?

The Wykeham has a 1.7-metre mains cable positioned on the right-hand side of the fireplace.

What warranty comes with the Wykeham electric fireplace?
