Delivery
All of our products are delivered as a flatpack and require self-assembly. Instructions and fittings are included in the package.
Delivery Fees
- England, Wales, and Mainland Scotland: Free shipping. （Please note: some AB, IV, KW, and PA postcodes may incur an additional delivery charge due to courier “remote area” classification.)
- Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland: From £15 shipping.
- Scottish Offshore, Isle of Man, Shetland Islands, Isle of Scilly, and Orkney: From £30 shipping.
Installation
We recommend two people install the product for easy and safe assembly. We provide detailed PDF instruction manuals for installing our electric fireplaces, which can be found on each product’s page under the Downloads tab.
Electric fire installation is straightforward, as our products are designed for plug-and-play purposes. Fireplace suites can be wall mounted using the mirror brackets provided. Adjustments may be necessary for the skirting board to achieve a flat finish.
Power cables are approximately 1.5 metres long. For precise information, refer to the details on your purchase’s product page.
We recommend you allow at least 20cm between an electric fireplace installation and TVs/other electronics. Some models require up to 40cm. Ensure you check individual product details before installing.

To comply with safety regulations approved by the British Standards Institution, our PDF installation manuals include all necessary safety precautions.
