Delivery & Collection
We offer free delivery to eligible UK mainland addresses. You can also arrange to collect your order from our Scarborough premises. Please contact us before travelling so we can confirm your order is ready for collection.
Additional delivery charges apply to some remote areas, including certain Scottish postcodes, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands. Charges vary depending on the product’s weight and delivery destination. Please contact us with your postcode and chosen product for a delivery quote.
For deliveries outside the UK, please use our delivery quote form or contact our team.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
Please allow 1–3 working days for delivery to eligible UK mainland addresses from placing your order. Order before 2pm, Monday to Friday, for the earliest dispatch. We aim to dispatch qualifying orders the same day; please allow up to one working day for order processing. Delivery typically takes a further 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates. Please contact us to confirm delivery arrangements for remote areas.
TPN Pallet Delivery
Our Rosedale, Deluxe Rosedale and New Hawnby electric fires are delivered by TPN, with each item secured on its own pallet.
Once we receive your order, our customer service team will contact you to confirm your telephone number before dispatch.
Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. This is an estimated delivery timeframe. Please allow for order processing as outlined above.
TPN deliveries are kerbside only. The driver will not carry your electric fire into your home. Please arrange suitable assistance to move the product safely indoors.
Other products are sent using the delivery service appropriate to their size and weight. Please refer to the delivery information on the individual product page or contact us for details.
Installation
We do not provide an installation service. Customers are responsible for arranging assembly and installation as required.
Installation requirements vary by model. Please read the instruction manual for your chosen product before starting work. Manuals are available under the Downloads tab on individual product pages.
Electric Fireplace Suites
Some fireplace suites are supplied flat-packed and require assembly. Please check the individual product description for details.
Assemble and secure your fireplace suite using the fittings and instructions supplied with that model. We recommend two people for lifting and positioning larger components.
Media Wall & Built-In Electric Fires
Media wall and built-in electric fires require a suitable opening or enclosure prepared to the dimensions and specifications in the product’s installation manual.
A plug-in electrical connection does not mean the fire requires no installation work. Follow the model-specific requirements for support, ventilation, access and clearances. Arrange a suitably competent installer where needed.
Wall-Mounted & Inset Electric Fires
Wall-mounted fires must be fixed to a suitable wall using the mounting method specified in their installation instructions.
For inset fires, check that your fireplace opening and recess depth meet the requirements of the chosen model before ordering or installing.
Installing a TV Above Your Fire
The required distance between your electric fire and a TV varies by model and installation layout.
Always follow the clearances and ventilation requirements in your electric fire’s installation manual, together with the TV manufacturer’s guidance. Please contact us before installation if you are unsure about the requirements for your chosen model.

- Check the product and all supplied components on arrival.
- Read the installation manual before preparing an opening or fixing the product in place.
- Check the power cable length and socket position for your chosen model.
- Follow all safety instructions and model-specific installation requirements.
