First the positives. The fireplace looks lovely and the different lights so effective. The negatives, the fire is noisy when the heater is switched on. Also, it wasn’t obvious how the wires were fitted and there was nothing in the the instructions so I had to ring up to find out. The plug too wasn’t mentioned, fortunately someone who had written a review kindly explained how it fitted. I would still recommend this fire as it is good value for money

Looks great, easy to build and very happy with it. It is freestanding as well which is great if you don’t want to fix to the wall and remove skirting boards etc.

Excellent product lovely fire and surround good price only fault was they sent white touch up pen for grey top should have included white and grey touch up pen but that is minor complaint would certainly recommend this company
